Please consult the Guide to Volunteer Hours if you are unclear as to which Category your hours will apply. Further details will be available in the Volunteer Hours Policy document.
Note to new MGITs: you are now required to perform 10 hours of Clinic/Advice hours (Category A) in your first calendar year.
The new version of Clinic Event Report is now attached. It may be submitted electronically or by mail, using the stamped, addressed envelopes in the Clinic Boxes.
Note that an Excel version of the clinic hours reporting form is available on request. Please email whelank@telus.net if you would like one.
