ADVANCED TRAINING ELECTIVES 2012 - Upcoming Deadlines
It is Elective sign-up time again for Advanced Training Master Gardeners, and courses will be offered between January and October 2012. Those of you who wish to join the classes to pick up Electives you may have missed are welcome to join the current class, as space permits. Your prompt registration is important.
Please Note:
- Classes are open ONLY to MGs who have completed the Core Advanced Training Program.
- Assignments for each class are required of every MG in the class; there are NO exceptions to this requirement.
- Most classes are held at VanDusen. One Shrubs class will be at UBC Botanic Garden and one Trees class will be at Darts Hill Garden.
- Classes run from 9:00 am to 3:15 pm
- Cost for each Elective is $75

- Plant Propagation - Classes will be organized at a later date.
If you wish to take an Elective, please complete the REGISTRATION FORM below (pdf). We hope you will join us for one or more of the Electives you "couldn't fit in" earlier. We encourage Master Gardeners who were able to take only three or four Electives to complete some additional courses. If you have already completed an Elective and wish to audit the course, you must call June Pierson; the cost is $10/day.
